Job Description

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Lead Oracle ERP and EBS Specialist to lead Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiatives with a primary focus on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). This role is integral to our mission to optimize business processes and drive operational excellence.

Job Description:

As the Lead Oracle ERP and EBS Specialist, you will be responsible for providing leadership and expertise in the planning, implementation, and management of Oracle E-Business Suite and other ERP solutions. Your role will encompass technical and functional aspects, ensuring that ERP systems are aligned with our organization's needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute a comprehensive ERP strategy aligned with the company's objectives. Lead the selection of ERP solutions and make recommendations for technology adoption and improvements.

 

Oracle E-Business Suite Implementation:

Manage the end-to-end implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite, including configurations, customization, and module integration. Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards in ERP implementation.

 

Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor a team of ERP specialists, developers, and consultants. Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and skill development.

 

Technical Expertise:

Provide deep technical knowledge in Oracle E-Business Suite, including its modules (e.g., Finance, HR, Supply Chain) and the underlying technology stack. Oversee system architecture, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.

 

Business Process Optimization:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes through ERP solutions. Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

 

Project Management:

Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules for ERP implementations. Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project delivery.

 

Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as a key point of contact for business leaders and stakeholders to understand their ERP needs and expectations. Ensure effective communication, address concerns, and manage expectations.

 

Continuous Improvement:

Stay current with ERP and EBS advancements, industry trends, and best practices. Identify opportunities to enhance ERP systems and propose strategic improvements.

Skills

Strong expertise in ERP strategy, architecture, and implementations.

Experience leading and managing ERP projects and cross-functional teams.

In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite modules and the underlying database.

ERP certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) is highly desirable.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.

Strong project management skills with experience in agile and waterfall methodologies.
