Job Description

This is a fixed salary + Commission on growth based position.

Ensuring a smooth customer experience for customers buying from our Website from the time an order drops in our system till fulfillment.

Managing timely execution of marketing campaigns on the website in co-ordination with the marketing department and generation of ROI reports after every campaign.

Managing all financial re-conciliations related to website purchases, courier receivables and 3^rd Party sellers/market places like Daraz in co-ordination with the finance department.

Propose and execute strategies to grow the online business.

Working with developers to ensure that there are no tech issues on the website.

Managing website content with respect to our product data, instructions, notices, links.

Hiring, Training and development of staff in the e-commerce division with respect to department SOPs.

Research and keep up to date with market trends in technology in order to keep the online business relevant and cutting edge.

Use customer data to up-sell/cross-sell and create collaborations with other technology brands with similar customers to increase conversion on the website.

Identify new products other than present products which can be offered to existing online customers in order to increase revenue and diversify the current catalog.
