Job Description

Job purpose:
Our client is seeking an office manager for Pakistan office to support its work. You will contribute to the Firm’s success by serving as the primary point of contact for all office support matters. Duties and responsibilities. We have an entrepreneurial environment and our focus is on delivering results for our clients. We believe in teamwork and will provide you the required support and tools to succeed in your role. Your specific duties and responsibilities will include:

Office Management:
-Managing the daily running of Pakistan Office
-Handling all errands and maintaining office supplies and upkeep
-Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external requests
-Liaising with IT support provider and other vendors.

Administrative assistant responsibilities:
-Maintaining employee records.
-Job posting, staff cessation and conclusion processes
-Maintaining leave records
-Controlling medical Insurance policy
-Travel and diary management for the Country Head and senior management
-Ad Hoc tasks.

Business development:
-Reaching out to Potential clients
-Maintaining Database
-Cold Calling
-Customer Services

Skills and Experience:
-Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience as an Office Manager in the region.
-International/MNC experience will be given preference
-DIFC experience is a plus

Skills

Strong written and oral skills in English are a must.
-Self-starter with ability to work independently and solve problems.
-Demonstrable organizational and time management skills.
-Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
