Our client is looking for Female Junior HR Assistant. Candidate must have ability to support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. He must be able to maintain digital and electronic records of employees. Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts. Maintain calendars of the HR management team.
HR Assistant Responsibilities:
Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
Assist with performance management procedures.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Participating in recruitment efforts
Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
Maintaining current HR files and databases
Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
