Our client is looking for a Mid Level HR Business Partner preferably a Female. Candidate must have ability to support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. He must be able to maintain digital and electronic records of employees. Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
Ability to support and assist in managing human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training,planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions. Maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems.Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts. Maintain calendars of the HR management team.
HR Assistant Responsibilities:
Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
Assist with performance management procedures.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Participating in recruitment efforts
Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
Maintaining current HR files and databases
Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
Excellent command in oral and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact at all levels within the firm with different cultural backgrounds and nationalities, also with clients and regulators.
Motivated self-starter with demonstrable ability to work independently and problem solver.
Demonstrable organizational and time management skills.
Strong business development and EmployeeRelation skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
