Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced DevOps (Development and Operations) professional to join their growing organization. In this position, you will manage infrastructure projects and processes. Keen attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a solid knowledge base are essential.
Key Functions:
Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
Build efficient, testable and reusable PHP modules
Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
Integration of data storage solutions (key-value stores, blob stores etc.)
Troubleshooting, testing and maintaining the core product software and databases
Producing detailed specifications
Writing well designed codes
Contributing in all phases of the development cycle
May need to work on the weekends as per the project requirements
Skills
Experience with Linux infrastructures, database SQL (MS SQL), CI/CD tools, scripting such as JavaScript, PHP, Python, Perl, Ruby, .NET, Scrum/Kanban/SAFe, Agile workflow methodologies
Up-to-date on the latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
Good communication and time management skills
Certifications in relevant field will be a plus
