Job Summary

Our client is a subscription billing and revenue management platform powering some of the fastest-growing brands around the world today.

Client’s head office is in San Francisco, USA, our 500+ team members work remotely throughout the world, including India, the Netherlands, Paris, Spain, Australia, and the USA.  

Helps design the UX experience for the accounting front end application understand customer persona's and driving the user interface to be easy for our customers to consume and use.

Responsibilities

Translate user needs and client requirements into both low and high-fidelity visual concepts and prototypes to be used in testing and aid with cross-team communication, collaboration, and development.

Create interaction models, user task flows, screen designs, and UI details that promote ease of use and optimize task flows.

Design personas, journey maps, service blueprints, and other artifacts that help communicate the context of people, situations, and challenges that will shape and influence our designs and solutions.

Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and/or developers on research activities, strategy sessions, ideation, design, and testing.

Skills

UX Design Discovery and Prototyping Experience

Document design patterns as style guides, pattern libraries, or design systems to ensure developers can quickly, easily, and consistently get to the intended design solutions. It’s not required, but it's a big bonus if you have some HTML & CSS skills.
