Sr. React JS Developer / Team Lead

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Senior React.js developer who’s primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following React.js and Next.js workflows. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. The developer / lead will be working closely with distributed teams across Islamabad, Karachi, India and US. The position holder is also expected to work closely with the Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams. In order to carry out his/ her job responsibilities the position holder must possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey the message across the distributed teams accordingly

Job Description:

Developing new user-facing features using React.js and Next.js

Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code

Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browser

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.

Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.

Identifying web-based user interactions.

Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.

Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following React.js and Next.js workflows.

Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.

Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.

Monitoring and improving front-end performance.

Documenting application changes and developing updates

Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code

Building reusable components and front-end libraries

Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts

Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications

Reviewing application requirements and interface designs
