Job Description

Position Summary: Our Client is looking for an IT Manager. The candidate will be responsible for the effective working of the ERP Software along with making sure that all the Data Analysis related needs are met. This is a very integral position as the I.T. Manager is going to work with all our customers and Principals. Along with this, the candidate is going to be working as a liaison between the operational / administrative departments and the Software Development department.

Successful candidate must be comfortable with challenges and is eager to contribute to the technical decisions around our projects. Essential Job Functions

Responsible for the supervision, implementation, and maintenance of the Company's Computing needs. 

Ensure the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware and software used within the Company.

Manage the Network and Server Infrastructure of the Company.

Supervising daily operations of the IT Department which includes Network and Server Infrastructure and Data Backup.

Guarantee the smooth running of all IT Systems including anti-virus software, print and email services.

To work with the Company’s Hardware and Software vendors to in order to ensure that the Hardware and Software solutions of the Company are working effectively

Developing reports based on Customer / Principal requirements

Provide support to different Departments or Management by collecting and analyzing data and reporting results based on the needs of end users.

Developing reports in SQL, Reporting tools and Excel.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical people and Customers / Principals.

Handling the procurement of the IT related Hardware required for smooth working of the operations

Installations, Upgrades, Maintenance, Testing, Troubleshooting and Adjusting Information Systems to operate effectively

Implementing security of the Network, Data and its storage and communication systems

Determine new Hardware and Software needs, oversee Code Requirements.

Programming SQL queries to pull data and working with Customers / Principals to define Reporting needs.

Developing complex SQL scripts, views, and stored procedures

Analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills.
