Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Executive Strategy & Planning is primarily responsible to promote our services and offerings and make sure that the company is communicating the right messaging to the audiences (prospective customers, existing clients as well as employees). The person is also responsible to oversee the branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns for the Clients.

The individual must constantly stay in touch and communicate with different departments, managers, and Directors.

Social Media

Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors (in regions relevant to the business). Preparing a monthly Social Calendar brief (for all the businesses) to be shared with the Community Manager for the creation of the content calendar. Working with the marketing, media, content, design teams to build monthly/ yearly social calendars.

Managing approvals and feedback. Working with the community manager to brief the copywriters, designers, and animators for each social post. Proofreading copies and providing feedback

Monitoring monthly marketing campaigns reporting, providing feedback, suggesting marketing, branding content strategies. Coordinating with the Account and Project Managers regularly to stay on top of the recent projects and content worth publishing. Suggesting new formats and marketing trends, stay on top of the industry trends and techniques

Recommending content to promote every month and liaising with the Media team for budgets per platform. Overseeing marketing campaigns. Ensuring the look and feel of the pages are up-to-date and as per the branding. Be able to use the latest marketing tools and techniques: such as Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.

Media Campaigns

Planning paid media campaigns (monthly/quarterly) for the businesses and liaising with Media, Creative and Content teams for production and execution (TD, GLL, TS, and TC)

Managing & Coordinating campaign concept, branding, creative and content strategy, and budgets. Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels. Tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the team.


Coordinating with relevant departments such as UX, UI, Development, QA, and IT to get the new design, content, or blog updates on the business websites.  Lead the projects such as the websites in progress – from design to development and Quality Assurance, Executive Strategy & planning will ensure the progress is on the track and send weekly reports to the Upper Management.

Branding/ Marketing Collaterals

Liaising with teams in the design/ development/ concept/ printing of the marketing collaterals, business cards, brochures, signages, etc. Assisting on any branding/ strategy updates for the business

Ensuring all business templates, documents, presentations are up to date with the latest branding. Planning and suggesting marketing activities based on relationships with new and existing partners.

Staying on top with marketing activities with partners and plan wisely to utilize any marketing funds.

Communication & Coordination

Keeping in constant coordination with the relevant department Heads, Managers or their teams as per the requirement of the tasks. Assist with other external and internal communications duties as needed.

Contact/coordinate any external freelancers/ vendors if need be.
