Reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback in context of user journey & experience. 

Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases - focused on user experience. 

Actively participate in the test design and defect review sessions with the client teams to review feedback and provide clarification on the issues as required. 

Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities. 

Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements. 

Monitor debugging process results. 

Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies. 

Conduct software test executions and report quality defects. 

Participate in the daily scrum meetings and share input on the assigned tasks and their completion status and highlight any possible risks pertaining to the same. 

Provide support and collaboration to the client and client vendor teams as required. 

Communicate progress and issues through regular Status Reports.

Skills

Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs. 

Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. 

Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions. 

Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
