Compliance Manager – IT

Job Description

Our client is looking to hire Compliance Manager - IT. The successful candidate must have an IT background and well versed with compliance procedures. He should have proper knowledge of:

Significant implementation of SOPs

Significant internal developments from a compliance perspective which may impact the business or a specific business line

Educating/informing staff on compliance matters

Review all the newly developed or revised policies, processes, manuals and agreements being prepared by other departments in order to provide feedback with respect to compliance with both the internal policies and best practices requirements

Prepare charter, policies and procedures of Compliance function to govern its operations

Oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of guidelines and internal policies

Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously

Collaborate with HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations

Review call recording for quality purpose and compliance.
