Our client an international company is looking for an energetic, reliable and experienced Executive Assistant who can carry out below job functions:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
At least 4 people from the senior leadership team
Manage calendars and desks for 3 time zones including Pakistan, US and Singapore.
Manage three offices in Pakistan (Lahore, Islamabad & Karachi)
Acquainted with technology and calendar/desk management tools (i.e Google Suite)
Plan and execute on team building events and off-sites
Organize visits for external guests; act as the face of the company and ensure guests are treated with the utmost hospitality

Maintain expenses using company provided tool; review and coordinate approval of all expenses including processing accounts payable invoices
Maintain confidentiality and operate with the highest of ethical standards and professionalis
Calendar management and keeping the calendar up to date with the changes
Organizing meetings with the clients’ and internal executives
Manage travel logistics that includes hotel reservations and travel
Executing independent tasks assigned by the director/s on timely manner
Preparing and sourcing supporting documents for meetings.
Fluent in English written and Oral
