Job Description

Our blue-chip client is looking for Senior / International Recruitment Trainer supports by mentoring the International Recruitment team, in the full life cycle recruitment ensuring quality and efficiency of recruitment services by effectively utilizing the traditional and creative recruitment methodologies.

 Responsibilities:

Training the team in managing full-cycle recruitment process including job marketing, sourcing and screening, interviewing and negotiating with candidates

Mentoring the team in establishing strong relationships with the candidates to ensure a smooth and positive experience, while collaborating with onshore hiring managers to comprehend the hiring needs

Training the team in using the different ways to source talent such as online meet-ups and hackathons, jobs marketing campaigns, social networking and targeted web platforms

Guiding the team to acquire competitive market intelligence and industry knowledge to research and identify new recruiting channels

Ensuring the complete utilization of applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate flow, document notes, and requisition statuses across workload

 

Requirements:

Expertise in preparing educational material that can help overcome challenging areas to enhance team performance

Sound knowledge of different industries including competitor firms, latest software technologies, platforms, and trends

Achieving daily/weekly/monthly submittal targets and maintaining required submittal to Interview/Placement ratio

Strategic and creative thinker with exceptional data analysis, reporting and analytical skills

Pick & Drop service for female candidate

 

 

Skills

Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools (i.e. LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, CB etc.)

Strong Boolean search skills, experience of using ATS preferably Bullhorn, effective internet searching techniques and social media awareness

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
