Job Description

Our client is looking for a candidate for Product Support Team to perform front line duties. The candidate would be responsible to provide excellent software (desktop and web applications) support via phone, emails, live chat, and remote assistance tools. Looking for a candidate that is sound, team player, analytical and customer centric.

Duties:

  • Provide support and troubleshoot customer queries and questions through phone, emails and live chat.
  • Create tickets in portal, assign/escalate to dedicated teams, prioritize, follow-up and close with complete details and steps in a timely manner.
  • Maintain knowledgebase.

Work shift:

Candidate should be flexible to work in Eastern Standard Time. Willing to work on weekends if needed

Skills

  • Strong grip of spoken and written English.
  • Ability to handle real time Production issues and possess problem solving skills.
  • Provide excellent software support and be customer focused.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Windows Operating System, known software and basic troubleshooting.
