Job Description

Summary: Collect and analyze business requirements for Oracle financial projects. Write business requirement documents and other functional and technical documentations. Assist in design, development, testing and implementation of Oracle financials projects. Responsible for post implementation support.

Core Financials & reporting, Imports & Taxation, Manufacturing Costing, Overheads Costing/Planning. Financials Planning, Treasury/Investments, Budget Planning, Analytics, Audit/Policies. Financials Integrations with external banks/Parties. Business analytics (BI) requirement specification.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Financials master data setup and management

2. Modular/organization level setup & configuration

3. Work in process and finished product costing

4. Requirements gathering and documentation for business changes.

5. Work with technical team to deliver user requirements.

6. Understanding how the system should be set up

7. Data base schema understanding

8. SQL/PLSQL understanding for the guidance of the technical team

9. Setup EBS form level personalization to enable quick controls

10. Liaise directly with business user to ensure all requests for change are properly designed, assessed, prioritized and managed through to completion.

11. Provide day to day application support

12. Assist support team to sort out day to day support issues in standard and customized application.

13. Identifying persistent problems and work with key stakeholders to address the root causes.

14. Providing end user application and functionality training.

15. Creating test plans and coordinating testing with the relevant business users.

16. Assist in defining and optimizing simple yet effective business processes and drive change within the organization through negotiation and consensus-building.

17. Help ensure that ERP initiatives follow the proper planning, scheduling and management processes.

18. Assist with risk management and change management on projects.

Oracle EBS financial (AP, AR, CASH, GL, Fixed Asset, Projects)

Oracle EBS Inventory & procurement Setup & configuration

Master data configuration & management

Good Verbal communication and having well command in written communication.
