Basic Function
The System Engineer – T1B provides mid-level technical support to the clients & vendors with the day-to-day business of the organization. This individual exhibits a high level of professionalism and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors. This individual is a self-starter, extremely organized and has a keen eye for detail and technically sound.
Principal Responsibilities
Work on majority of the day-to-day helpdesk tickets.
Basic understanding of network, desktop and applications.
Responsible for automated jobs monitoring and troubleshooting.
Low and medium profile users’ helpdesk tickets.
Work Schedule
Fixed night Monday to Friday 09 PM to 06 AM
Rotation – 2 days morning – 2 days evening – 2 days night – 2 days off.
During the Festival season and periods of high work volume, extra workday, and hours as necessary.
Excellent communication verbal and written.
Experience with DNS, DHCP servers & exposure with Active Directory
Highly skilled in Microsoft applications; Outlook, Microsoft 365.
Basic understanding of security applications and experience with Backup Solution Technologies.
High level of organizational, time management and customer relations skills.
Detail oriented, accurate and able to act as team player.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
