Oracle Apps specialist is required:

To coordinate with line manager to prepare designs for new applications and document

all processes to ensure effective evaluation of all applications.

To prepare proposal documents for new development requirements

To perform design and development of applications according to new project requirements.

To analyze systems/user requirements in order to design and implement those requirements.

Design and develop complex database packages, triggers, functions procedures and other objects.

Customize Oracle standard forms using personalization to implement required business logics and data validations.

R&D on new and existing technologies and find the latest techniques for time saving and optimize the solution of problems.

To evaluate all architecture for Oracle applications and prepare layouts for all logical models and maintain database objects for various application components.

To organize system documentation

To organize development request forms

To describe data flow to user if necessary Xml Publisher reports development

To prepare work flow designing and implementation.

To present demo of developed system to end user.

Data entry Training and describe the nature on entered data in individual fields to end user on newly developed module

To supervise and motivate staff.

To ensure schedules and objectives are met.

To be part of recruitment process of new positions.

To review assigned task on daily basis.

To provide day-to-day technical support to team members

To describe the table structure and system flow to the team members on new developments

To provide guide line to team members for system documentation

To provide guide line to team members for system designing

To update assigned task on support desk according to its nature & status

To update development Task to the line manager and explain the status of task

To make conference with user to find the bug detail using remotely connection to its system.

To check the system flow in which bug encounter, analysis the bug, find the reason of bug and, analysis multiple solution for fix and discuss with line manager and implement the finalized solution in forms, reports and database objects.

Meeting on running issues and development task with line manager

To describe the status of monthly or weekly assigned tasks

To describe the nature of developments extension of time due to high priority support issues.

To evaluate multiple solution and apply the best one for the new developments or modifications

Skills

Oracle PL/SQL Developer

Client-Server application development using Oracle 11g/10g/9i/8i,

PL/SQL, SQL *PLUS, TOAD and SQL*LOADER.

Oracle EBS, Oracle Workflows

Strong knowledge of oracle EBS interface tables

Strong knowledge of oracle EBS API’s.

Strong knowledge of oracle EBS Purchase to Dispatch process.

Strong knowledge of oracle EBS table structure of related modules.

Ability to quickly get up to speed on any project or technology.

Good Verbal communication and having well command in written communication.

Should have Soft attitude. Good decision maker to take right decisions
