Job Description

As a Principal Business Analyst, you will be a key player in orchestrating the design and implementation and ongoing value realization of business solutions that align with both client expectations and company standards. Your role involves leading functional activities, managing business stakeholder interactions, and ensuring high-quality deliverables throughout various project phases. As a senior member of the team, you will guide and mentor other analysts while driving continuous improvement in our processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and participate in organizing agile project functional team activities during the build phase, ensuring efficient task prioritization, risk anticipation, and accurate effort estimation.
  • Client Demonstrations: Lead and support demo sessions showcasing company’s template solution and customized client solutions.
  • Requirements confirmation: Actively engage with clients during the Design phase to confirm customer requirements and align them with company’s standard capabilities.
  • Gap Analysis: During the design phase, identify and address any gaps between the project requirements and the template solution, proposing integrations into the core product where feasible
  • Solution Design: Analyze, design, and propose solutions for individual features or entire modules, using demonstrations and supportive documentation to articulate proposals to clients.
  • Documentation: Write and maintain documentation in the form of user stories, blueprints etc. ensuring they are updated and reflect current project specifications.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders, facilitating a collaborative project environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Support the Quality Lead to develop and refine QA processes that meet industry standards, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and the documentation of defects for continuous improvement.
  • AMS Transition: Lead the transition to Application Management Services (AMS), preparing essential documentation and conducting training sessions.
  • Product Collaboration: Collaborate with the Product team to identify bugs, and propose enhancements or ideas that could be integrated into the core product.
